RAFTING IN SACRED VALLEY - CUSCO

The river Vilcanota - Urubamba, it was the sacred river of the Incas called river “Wilkamayu” that is born in the knot of the mountain range of the Vilcanota between Puno and Cusco, in its reduction irrigates the Sacred Valley of Pisaq, Granary, Urubamba, Ollantaytambo, Machupicchu, East etc. river throughout its route offers different sections to us with different levels of expresses class I, II and III at time of droughts, and class IV and V in season of rains. RAFTING IN VILCANOTA RIVER - SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCA

Our tour begin with pick-up from the hotel to 8:30 a.m in our mobility, to direct us to a the Sacred Valley until arriving at Ollantaytambo, happening through very typical populations and beautiful landscapes that we will be able to enjoy in our route, arrival to the river of Vilcanota, place where the guide will give the instructions them of security and use of the equipment before initiating our adventure by the river Vilcanota - Urubamba; we will be approximately of 2 average hour and running fast of class II, III, depending on the route:
- Ollantaytambo class II - III (May to November)
- Quiquijana class III and IV (December to May)
After lunch we will return approximately to Cusco arriving at 17:00 Hrs.
